    I was inspired by this podcast to make an indoor obstacle course with my 5 year old. We started small, and added something to it after every few “go throughs.” It actually got a little longer than this in the end but what you see here is essentially: high knees, tunnel crawl, jump, slalom, bear crawl, bunny hop, bed roll, jog, frog hop, and then return/repeat back to the starting/finish. When I put him to bed tonight he was already talking about wanting to make an even bigger one tomorrow–he didn’t mention wanting to watch TV tomorrow…

    In this episode Sarah briefly mentioned a book that offers season-specific activities for kids. Did the name of this book or link to it ever get posted on yor site? I haven’t found it yet if it has.
